Legendary tennis star Serena Williams calls history-making gymnast Simone Biles “the GOAT” following joint panel

SERENA Williams called Simone Biles “the GOAT” after the two icons shared the stage at an impactful event hosted by Audemars Piguet, Vanity Fair, and The Female Quotient. 

Following their conversation, Williams took to Instagram to praise Biles, referring to her as the greatest of all time.

In a post featuring a series of photos from the evening, Williams, a 23-time Grand Slam champion, wrote: "Yesterday, I sat with the GOAT @simonebiles at AN EVENING OF IMPACTFUL CONVERSATION with @audemarspiguet @vanityfair @femalequotient and a house full of women. I love to see it."

Biles, who is the most decorated gymnast in history with 11 Olympic medals and 30 World Championship medals, recently added even more gold to her collection at the Paris Games, where she won three golds and a silver.

In a nod to the playful nature of the evening, Biles captioned her own post from the event with "goated conversations."
